All Made to Order sets are custom made, so if you would prefer a different colour, shorter shape or small design tweaks then just make a note in the order!
However if you would like to add crystals or for other more intricate detailing please contact me first to confirm

Do you offer CUSTOM DESIGN orders?
Yes we do. If you'd like a custom design please contact me at shoporeobeauty@gmail.com with as many details as possible and any inspo pics.
How do I know the size I need?
You can refer to our Shape and Sizing Chart
How to measure your correct nail size ?
Hold the measuring tape horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail (use millimeters) and write number down for each nail.
You can refer to our Shape and Sizing Chart for correlating size for each shape.
If not sure about your size, order a Sizing Kit.
How long do the nails stay on?
It really all depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for about 1 to 7 days. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. The use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable.
For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.
What’s inside the package ?
All nail orders come with a cuticle pusher, alcohol prep pad, glue, nail tabs and a storage box.
Instruction, removal and maintenance instructions are also included.
How to apply the nails ?
- Gently push back cuticles (use wood stick) to expose entire nail bed.
- File the surface of your nails and make them matte (use nail file).
- Ensure your nails are clean (use alcohol wipes) and free of any oils.
- Apply a small amount of nail glue to your own nail and a drop to the false nail OR use adhesive tabs.
- Gently Press and hold for 20-30 seconds.
How to remove the nails ?
Soak your nails in warm water for about 10-15 minutes, then use the orange wood stick to pry them off of your natural nail. Put the nails back in the storage box to keep them safe. Do not use polish removers.
Can I pick up my nails?
Local pick-up is available for Calgary, Alberta Canada.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
For Lashes, order ships out immediately
For Press on nails, processing is within 2-5 business days of placing your order.
Please note if you order lashes but it also includes press on nails, the processing time for press on nails apply.

Order Lost or Stolen.
Unfortunately we are not able to replace an order that has been lost or stolen in the mail. You will need to contact your shipping provider and place a request for a refund through them. Once an item is handed over to our shipping providers we are no longer liable for what happens to your parcel.
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
As our products are handmade and made to order, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges.
We only accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
